Doug Meyer lives and works in the rusty belt of northeast Ohio, somewhere between the once industrial cities of Youngstown, Cleveland and Akron. His work is made mostly of found objects and materials each piece encoded with its own history. Doug has pioneered the process of “segmenting” to make furniture that is uniqure and uncomplicated.
